Courtney, a native to Utah, is thrilled to be working in the field of physical therapy here in her home state! She graduated from Dixie State University (2021) as a Physical Therapist Assistant and joined the UPT team shortly after. She enjoys working in the outpatient setting and helping her patients reach their functional goals and return to doing the activities they love. She implores the use of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise in a customized plan of recovery uniquely fitting your needs.

Courtney specializes in Aquatic Therapy and enjoys showing patients what they can accomplish in the pool, even if they are limited on land. She continues to seek out learning opportunities to further her knowledge and skills so that she can provide the best care for her patients. Along with Aquatic Therapy, Orthopedic PT on land is what keeps her busy in the clinic. She is an excellent assistant and collaborates closely with the PT’s she works alongside to provide an extension of the care the PT’s provide. When being treated by Courtney you will feel at ease and will appreciate her frequent smiles and cheerleading, she easily shares. You will be excited to see her throughout your healing and path to recovery!

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys playing the piano, reading, and painting. She also loves spending time with her family and friends hiking, watching movies, attending sport events, and playing card games.
